Each month, we will publish the best photograph and short story submitted by our readers. Stories need to be less than 1200 words, and submitted in written form to Short Story of the Month, PO Box 307, Semaphore 5019, South Australia, or as an electronic file (preferably Word) to editor [at] peninsulapress.com.au.

Photographs can be submitted as hard copies, and sent to: Photo of the Month, PO Box 307, Semaphore 5019, South Australia, or they can be submitted as an electronic file (preferably a JPEG), via editor [at] peninsulapress.com.au. Preference will be given to those photos which depict an aspect of life on the Peninsula, but there are no limits on genre – you can submit landscapes, character studies, abstracts, nature studies, architectural shots, etc. The photograph judged the best each month will be published on the front cover of that month’s edition of The Peninsula, and will earn for its creator a half-price membership of the Port Adelaide Camera Club.

We take all care but no responsibility for items sent to us, so make sure that you only send in disposable copies of your work.
